The main difficulty here is having to fight through the denizens of the mine to get to the vista. To reach the vista, all you have to do is run up the pipe from the southeast. This pipe starts from the ground and goes up to another pipe that has the vista at the end of up. Just run up the first pipe and then down the second pipe to the vista and you’re done.
